What is a good exercise plan for someone just starting to exercise?!?!


Question: What is a good exercise plan for someone just starting to exercise?!?
I'm not overweight or anything. I just want to have a healthy daily exercising routine to maintain my slimness and keep me healthy. So what are some beginner steps, routines, or workout plans to do for exercising?
