Interval or traditional cardio for fat burning?!
Question: Interval or traditional cardio for fat burning?
So I have been doing a workout routine for my lower body where I do a few ab exercises then do an interval workout. I can feel/see muscle growth in my abs, but there is still too much fat on my stomach for my abs to really show. I have heard benefits of both interval and regular cardio and I was wondering which is better for burning fat. It appears from my experience that interval might be better at simply building muscle.
Answers:
People still debate whether low and slow, intense or intervals work best. Key issue is the perception there is an "after burn" with intense exercise that last several hours.
Your on the right track, losing weight is the key to getting your abs to show.
Keep doing whatever your doing and make sure you are eating right and you will get the results you want.
