Would this help my muscle?!


Question: Would this help my muscle?
im 15 workout alot have decent muscle...i drink whey protein right after working out....2 scoops=60g....should i also take it on days i dont workout....like i workout monday, wednesday, and friday....would taking 6-7 days a week help me or put on useless weight?
i dont eat too much meat so no i dont get the daily chicken, fish, pasta and all that...do u think if i took about 1-1 1/2 scoops on days i dont workout would be good or just go with full two scoops?

You should take protein on the days you do not workout, while your muscles are sore they are being repaired and need protein.
