How many crunches a day should i do...?!


Question: How many crunches a day should i do...?
Well im TRYING to get a flatter stomach. & Im wonering how many crunches/legs lift should i do? Also should i go on a diet? If so what should i eat.
PLEASE help me.. this is my first day and i need a flat stomach befor summer comes!

Answers:

Doing a load of ab exercises wont get you a flat stomach if there's a layer of fat on top of your abs.
Doing crunches and leg lifts will just build your ab muscles.

Cardiovascular training: burns fat.
Muscular training: gain muscle.
Diet: key to getting a six pack if that is what you're after.
