Question: How to encourage yourself to lose weight ???????????????
hi im a 14 old and im 55kgm . i dont know what's that in pounds :( and im 5ft
sometimes i make a plan that i dont eat bad food , or i dont eat alot .
i make that plan but then .... after 5 / 4 days .i eat bad food and i eat alot .
then i get back to my plan ...........
my Question is .. how do i encourage myself to lose weight ????????????????
i always loose weight but then i eat .. i loose weight and then i eat :(
sorry for my bad english.
please help me !

I encouraged myself by looking in the mirror and got sick n tired of being overweight. I started running (with music) and eating right. Eat baked chicken, 100% beef, veggies wheat toast n so on. Keep your metabolism going. Stay away from refried beans, white rice, anything fast food, anything with high carbs or high in sugars. Get a diet and nutrition book. Think of your health long term too. You dont want to be 30 on the verge of a heart attack.
