Question: Details on working out - what to eat before and after?
If my ultimate goal is to become stronger and bigger, how would I start? I've been advised to use the powder muscle stuff before a workout to give me energy to do more reps, and to eat something like a Cliff bar afterwards. Does this sound decent? Anything I should change or add?

If you're gonna go for a run, eating an orange will give you more energy, and you wont feel gross :)
