Question: Was my diet good today?
I'm 16. This morning I power walked/ jogged 4 miles for an hour.
Breakfast: high fiber cereal with a little corn flakes with a little 1% milk (8:30 a.m.)
Snack: half a banana (11 a.m.) a whole wheat cracker with 1 spoonful of peanut butter (between 2:30 and 3 p.m.)
Lunch: 2 mini corn breads, 2 little pieces of rib meat, and a baked potato with no cheese or sour cream (around 4 p.m.)
Dinner: salad with light dressing (gonna have this at 6:30 p.m.)
I drink nothing but water and 1 cup of brewed green tea lightly sweetened with splenda.
Did I do good today? My sister said I did bad cause I ate more than 2 times :(

You did good. Having smaller meals more often is very good thing. Breakfast is the most important. You shouldn't run on empty stomach or if you just eat wait for 30-60min.
