Gaining muscle but not losing any fat?!
Question: Gaining muscle but not losing any fat?
I've been working out twice a day (I'm trying REALLY hard to cut my time for track down) and my legs are getting bigger and I'm just getting worried because I have a bit of muscle on my legs but a lot of fat and it's not going away :( what am I doing wrong?

Have you changed your diet any? Try eating healthier foods.
Well you cant losse fat and gain muscle, or well you can but takes a lot of planing and A LOT of well timed cardio, anyway just eat less but you wont gain as much muscle, rather work out and gain weight then loss all the "Fat" with cardio =)
