Question: I want to lose 20lbs fast.?
I know it isn't healthy. I know it will come back. But how can I lose weight within the next month. What food is the best what exercise program is the best? Please help. I am 5'9 and weigh 215. I have also been a bigger person though. I think it is my muscle content? I am not a HUGE person I wear a size 12...14 rarely. Please help.

No one food is the answer you must have a balanced diet.

The only web site I've found that seems to understand this type of problem is old crow ink. You might want to try them out and see if one of their solutions works for you. There is no single program which works for everybody, all the time. Crash diets, pills, over-the-top exercise programs might work once but not for the long term. Try something that's a lifetime plan.

This is going to suck but, you have to eat your weight in protein. That along with exercise allows you to lose tons of weight. But no fatty things, just proteins. Also take a multi-vitamin, fish oil, and drink water to make up for all the supplements you need but won't eat.
