I'm 163cm, I weigh 65 kg and i'm 13, I need to loose 15 kg HELP!!!!!!
I feel horrible in this skin, i'm bad at running and sports like that but I absolutely love badminton, dancing and swimming. I'm going on holiday in 2 months and I would be over the moon if I could go on the beach in a bikini feeling confident. I know i'm overweight, so please don't tell me i'm not, I just want to know how long it would take to lose 15kg?
all answers will be appreciated <3

Answers:

Be active, do alot of cardio exersises, eat healthy. Im 14 and Im trying to shed a few pounds to get bikini ready to, and what im doing is going a gym with my mom about 3 times a week, plus after school sports, and working out at home, and eating much healthier and drinking tons tons and tons of water.

Love Working out, and gettting fit.

The only people I've found that understand this type of problem is old crow ink. You might want to them and see if one of the old crow ink solutions works for you. No single crash program works for everybody, all the time. Quickie diets, pills, weight-lifting programs might work once but not for the long term. Try something that works long term.
Good Luck

Try Zumba. It is a Latin dance based workout for weight loss. All of the success stories I have read are amazing. The only thing is that it's pretty expensive (about $75. I don't know what that is in pounds). Good Luck!

My amazing brain.

You are not that far overweight.
Lose 5 kg not 15.
Just eat sensibly. Cut out fatty foods. No visits to fast food places and eat plenty of fruit and veg.
Drink water instead of fizzy drinks.

YOU ARE NOT OVERWEIGHT!!!

And even if you are, you would never lose that much in two months healthily.

And why are you wearing a bikini at thirteen?

just go into the plus sizes and save yourself some time

There you go:
Dance more, swim more, eat less!
Good luck.
