Have I eaten too much? :(?!

Question: Have I eaten too much? :(?
Ok, so lately I've been eating like this:

Breakfast,
1 slice of multigrain toast with jam, no butter
1 cup of juice

Lunch:
50g of tuna
5 carrot sticks
1 boiled egg
4 slices of cucumber

Snack:
1 green apple

Dinner:
100g of chicken
1 cup of salad without dressing

Am I eating too much?
I'm trying to lose weight and I've been eating like this for 3 weeks,
I don't see any results at all :|
I don't snack at all except for the apple in the afternoon,
And I go walk about and hour everyday,
what's wrong here?

thankss:)

Answers:

Nope, you ate a perfectly healthy amount actually!

Patience. You're eating fine. If you can't see that much of a difference and it's been months, that's when you need to start exercising a bit more. You might also want to find out about getting a personalized diet, but such consultations tend to cost money. But, before you do anything like that, just look into an exercise class or an exercise video with good reviews. Sometimes it takes more than a walk for quick results.

Weight Control and Fitness are ongoing things. I'm probably a lot older than you and in my experiences with a multitude of crash diets and fitness programs. I have discovered that there is no single program which works for everybody, all the time. A program that focuses on inventory (weight) control using calorie input minus calorie output equals weight gain or loss is the best and most realistic approach. The only web site I've found that seems to understand this is old crow ink. You might want to try them out and see if one of their solutions works for you.
Best wishes

In the morning, make sure the juice you're drinking is 100% juice, it's healthiest. Try mixing up your exercise if you're trying to loose weight. Look up some exercises online of the area you are trying to see a result in and see what you can find. Also dancing is a GREAT and fun exercise and it might give you a little more of a result.

Ok, if you were eating junky stuff, than yes that's too much but since it's healthy that's a normal portion size.... Try exercising more and drinkin a crap load of water, maybe that'll help(:
