Question: Someone make a workout program for me to lose fat and get ripped?
Help!?!?

Answers:

Diet:
1.Avoid anything that comes in a box, it’s bad for you.
2.Eat anything that a caveman would of eaten 1,000’s of years ago (meat, nuts, green leafy stuff, veggies, etc… cavemen did NOT have grain like bread, pasta, etc).
3.Eliminate soda or sweetened drinks. Drink water and lots of it.

Workout:

2. Run 30 minutes 6 days a week for the first week and then add 5-10 every week.

Follow this and it should work.



hmm, eat only half of what you regularly eat per day is certainly one of the things that'll make you lose weight. go hit the gym atleast 3 times per week, have regular good sleep... eat vegetables... That's all there is to it really..
