Question: What are some of the healthiest ways to lose belly fat and muffin-tops?
I'm looking for the RIGHT way to do it. No starving myself, extreme exercise, wacky pills. What are the right foods to eat and perhaps a few simple exercises I can do at home. I've heard eggs, oatmeal lean meat is good. what else?

You do not have to starve yourself. I own my own personal training business www.Optimized-Fitness.com just so you know that I know what I am talking about. You are very correct with those 3 foods you submitted. Think of it like this, your food should come from nature. Anything that came out of the ground or had a face! Meats, milk, eggs, vegetables, fruit, etc... The more processed it is the worse it is for you. Some exercises you can do at home can be jumping jacks, mountain climbers, up downs, pushups, crunches, wall sit, Bodyweight Squats, Lunges, and a lot more.

Lemon, grapefruit, flaxseed, prunes, and cranberries. Add all of those to your diet, on top of exercising well, and I can almost guarantee that your stomach and sides will become slimmer. Add lemon to your water, have a slice of grapefruit for breakfast, sprinkle flaxseed in your oatmeal, snack on dried prunes, and have a glass of homemade cranberry juice. However you incorporate those items into your diet is up to you, but believe me, you will be better for it.

Also, completely cut down on breads, pasta, and rice that is not brown/whole wheat. No red meat, sugar, fried foods, or salt, either. Eat in measured portions, and preferably 3-5 times a day.

Try to eat a lot of the right foods like fruits and vegetables and lean meats such as fish and poultry, try beans (kidney beans, navy beans). Believe it or not, beans are very high in protein even though they are grown!! If you are into breads, try breads such as whole grains. Instead of eating 3 large meals, break it up where you are eating six meals.

Also, try to control the stress in your life. A nasty hormone called cortisol exists in our bodies that activates when we are highly stressed. Hate to say, but I had to learn it too, let certain things roll of you like water rolling off a duck's back. don't let every let thing bother you. Learn to take a deep breath. Put on your favorite CD and let the music wash over you. Meditate, do yoga or pilates to get rid of that stress. Ride a bike or walk which brings us right to exercise.

Of course, you don't have to do extreme exercise to get rid of the muffin top, but, exercise is always a good thing. If you a person who does not desire going into a gym, walking is a great source of exercise. You can listen to your music, walk your dog or a neighbor's dog and go along at your own pace.

if you naturally have a low metabilosim than you have to eat better than people who easily burn off the calories.
but to loose weight things you CAN NOT eat are pasta and breads and sugars
if you eat low carbs you can eat like huge meals as long as you dont eat breads sugars and pastas

I've had a lot of experiences with crash diet program, pills, and fitness programs. None of these worked for me for the long term. Usually a program that recognizes that a weight control program which is focused on long term weight control is the only type of program that works. The only place I've found on the web that seems to recognize all this is old crow ink. Try them. One of their programs might work for you.
