I want to be able to run faster!!!!

Answers:

There is always room for improvement. Train everyday! Give yourself a goal for the week(or month...) And every day try to achieve that goal and/or beat your record of the previous day. You maybe want to work on endurance but if you run everyday and work on your leg muscles this shouldn't be to difficult. My grade 5 gym teacher once told me to take large steps when you run and keep an equal paste. Swing your arms and breath in through your nose and out through your mouth remember to never hyperventilate, that causes you to run out of air and it's not good. If it helps(i find it does) sing a song while you run that way you can make sure your breathing properly and that your not running to fast/slow.(you can also have a conversation with someone---that can keep up) If you sing/talk the same way you can when you are still then that is a proper speed(you can gradually try to run faster) but if you are out of breath and cant sing/talk anymore slow down :D
hope this helped

I used to run track
I am a competitive gymnast

We don't really have a limit on how fast we can go. We change all the time in term of physical outlook, mentality, and view on things. Though if you wanna run faster you can try researching on dynamic vision to increase your ability to see (you don't wanna trip or something), and how wind affect your run. By the way, agility is the ability to swiftly change movement, not how fast you can run.

you can improve all of that by running laps.
can you mark it as best answer.
