anorexia is a mental illness, not a weight. if you are focussed on dropping weight quickly and starving yourself, thats when you would be diagnosed with anorexia.
You are born with anorexia, you're not automatically diagnosed with it if you are underweight. I'm underweight, I know I am, it's genetic, have I been diagnosed with it? NO!
