Question: How much weight could i in 6 months lose if...?
I went to the gym 5 days a week, working on weight loss excercises (running ect) buikding muscle by kifting weights and such. While also being on a healthy diet. Fruit, veg, no fatty foods. Please i want to know. Thankyou.

this question doesn't have enough detail.. If you weighed like 210 lbs, and you just ran ALOT you could lose like 50 lbs in 2 months..

My point is you can shed like all of your fat if you run miles and miles every day or every other day in a couple months.

Building muscle and whatever is different, depends on your routine, what you eat etc etc... i imagine you can also build up a good amount of muscle in a couple months..'


And given that we dont know your weight, the answer is you can lose alot of weight by working out and get into shape and have nice muscles in 6 months.



Depends on what type of metabolism you have.
For instance, if you have thyroid problems, you have a under active metabolism.

If you have a healthy, normal metabolism, I would say one pound a week is healthy.
So one pound a week for 6 months would be 24lbs.

So my guess would be around 20-25lbs.
