Pilates or Yoga which one benefits you more and how?!
Question: Pilates or Yoga which one benefits you more and how?
Answers:
I've never done Pilates. But yoga is great! It strengthens your core muscles, actually making you a generally healthy person.
Plus, it makes you more flexible, if you know what i mean ;)
Both Pilates and Yoga are great. Personally I enjoy Pilates. I have found that Pilates to be incredibly enjoyable as well as beneficial.
