Question: How do you determine the serving size of a food that has no nutritional value, like candy, cookies, and cake?
Answers:

If it is something I shouldn't be eating, but I want to anyway, I just limit how much I eat!

Example: Instead of a cup of french fries, I eat 6 french fries.

look on the nutrition label--like on a bag of chips they'll usually tell you at the top "Serving size=____chips." And then it goes on to tell you how many calories, grams of sodium, etc. in each serving.

A lot of things like that have serving size on the box. If not, you can look it up online. Good luck.
