I'm pretty insecure about my stomach fat?!


Question: I'm pretty insecure about my stomach fat?
Well, the topic pretty much says it all, and I also want to get healthier. I am fairly confident in my body, except for my stomach. I'm already trying to lose stomach fat for the summer, any tips on how I could make this happen by summer vacation?

use following tips and observe urself naked 1ce a day in mirror and see progress, a tip love urself

u shud do 15 mins jog daily, sit-ups, climbing stairs, lunges, crunches, leg raises, dance workout for flat tummy

You can follow following diet and fitness tips for better results: -

A good tip is turn vegetarian, have 5 time meals rather.
You can have seafood also.
breakfast of cereals, milk and egg only,
lunch u can have beans on bread, dal rice, bread with baked/ boiled vegetables

have light dinner, again u can have bread and salad with gravy, pulses

avoid chicken, beef, pork, cheese, paneer, pizzas and junk food.
Avoid rice at night

learn some recipes for healthy food. You can look for alternates like fish, crab, prawns, Soya, Mushrooms etc..

You can do activities like streching, breathing exercises, yoga, running, like standing at same place u do running motion, arobics, dance, climb stairs till 5 storeys 3-4 times a day, jogging, badminton, volleyball also keep you fit
swimming is also good exercise

You can do free exercises like push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups to stay fit

get a pair of light weight dumbells and do arm exercises

for thighs do lunges, sit-ups, stepper, multi-exercise, leg curls, leg press, jogging, climbing, climbing steps

for arms do dumbell curl, reverse dumbell curl with light weights (15-20-25 reps)

for abs do crunches, leg raises, tiwst crunches, standing twists etc.

for chest do bench press, dumbell flies, pec dec etc.

Note: I suggest light dumbells over machines. please make sure u do light weights and more reps for weight loss.
Please don't do exercise if you have cold or some illness.

127 at 5'5 is a really perfect weight! My friend is exactly that height and 140 pounds and she looks great, so I'm sure you look good too. but if you want to look better, the main way to lose stomach fat is cardio exercise--things like the treadmill and the elliptical. Don't fall for sit ups and other muscle isolating exercises. They can strain your back and usual don't work. I would do something that engages your whole body, like the things aforementioned or biking, and watch what you eat. Good luck :)



Well, the most obvious solution would be to do sit ups. It doesn't mean you'll get a super crazy looking six pack it just means your stomach will be in better shape. Try hitting the gym a few times per week to run on the treadmill and do exercises that focus on abdominal muscles (: give it some time, you will get what you want.



5'5" and 127 lbs. is perfectly within the acceptable weight range. You could do sit-ups to get more stomach muscle.
