Why is it advised that you should eat some protein at every meal/snack?!

Question: Why is it advised that you should eat some protein at every meal/snack?
Answers:

thats only if you're working out a lot and weight training...

protein repairs the body, which is why people in weight training have them, to repair the damage to their tissue from lifting heavy stuff...

but if you have too much protein and your body isn't using it, it gets stored as fat, which is doing the opposite of what most want to achieve...

Balance.

Protein helps provide both energy and body repair functions. It is important to balance your diet, but maybe not every meal. As long as your diet is balanced throughout the day, that is OK.

Protein helps to keep your blood sugar from spiking. It also provides a higher "satiety" so you're less likely to feel hungry between meals or overeat at meal-time.

well not necesarily, u can have all kinds of proteins in day time, but avoid eggs and meat at night, howver milk can be taken bed time, but not animal protein

it's not aslong as you meet your daily protein you can take it all in one serving. it doesn't matter.

Proteins just contain more energy than other foods, in a form that is much easier to digest.

It isn't.
