If I work out everyday for 10 minutes how much weight should I be able to loose !

Question: If I work out everyday for 10 minutes how much weight should I be able to loose in a week?
I am also going to eat healthy.

Answers:

Uhm... not much. It's recommended that you work out for at lest 30 minutes a day. Ten won't do TOO much, especially in a week, but can keep you relatively healthy.

The answer is No!!!!!!!!!

I would suggest the following actions

1. Get a personal Trainer or in your case an Online program is most suitable
2. Follow the instructions and take his advise
3. Don't worry
4. Eat Healthy
5. As long as you are healthy you need not loose weight.

Even if you benefit by 20% of what your online trainer says it is still significant benefit

The secret Keys:
Persistence , Patience and discipline is the key.

PS

Some additional advise:

You may find it very difficult to lose weight using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carbohydrate diets have become popular over the last few years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and too difficult to follow for the average person. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it almost impossible to remain in the program for a long time. Why do so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu

most likely...none. they say it takes about 30 minutes of exercise a day just to stay in shape. to actually lose weight you would have to do at least, if not more, 30 minutes of exercise a day and be on a healthy diet.

1-2 pounds a week is the average for losing weight. Check your body mass index to see where you are

Very little if any just eat less.
