Question: How can i tone my body fast ?
im 14 and want to tone my body .
I cant go to the gym , is there any home ways of doing it what a cheap or free ??

Here u go, just keep in mind, put some posters of people with nice body in ur house many places
and start loving u and ur body, watch urself naked in mirror 1ce a day, appreciate ur body and observe changes, u will see miracle happening

u shud do 15 mins jog daily, sit-ups, climbing stairs, lunges, crunches, leg raises, dance workout for flat tummy

You can follow following diet and fitness tips for better results: -

A good tip is turn vegetarian, have 5 time meals rather.
You can have seafood also.
breakfast of cereals, milk and egg only,
lunch u can have beans on bread, dal rice, bread with baked/ boiled vegetables

have light dinner, again u can have bread and salad with gravy, pulses

avoid chicken, beef, pork, cheese, paneer, pizzas and junk food.
Avoid rice at night

learn some recipes for healthy food. You can look for alternates like fish, crab, prawns, Soya, Mushrooms etc..

You can do activities like streching, breathing exercises, yoga, running, like standing at same place u do running motion, arobics, dance, climb stairs till 5 storeys 3-4 times a day, jogging, badminton, volleyball also keep you fit
swimming is also good exercise

You can do free exercises like push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups to stay fit

get a pair of light weight dumbells and do arm exercises

for thighs do lunges, sit-ups, stepper, multi-exercise, leg curls, leg press, jogging, climbing, climbing steps

for arms do dumbell curl, reverse dumbell curl with light weights (15-20-25 reps)

for abs do crunches, leg raises, tiwst crunches, standing twists etc.

for chest do bench press, dumbell flies, pec dec etc.

Note: I suggest light dumbells over machines. please make sure u do light weights and more reps for weight loss.
Please don't do exercise if you have cold or some illness.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals)



Kid your 14, your not even near having finished growing. There are loads of teenage girls out there who are always saying they think their fat and they should loose loads weight to look better. Dude! No!!
Unless your training to be some kind of athlete, you shouldnt be worrying about stuff like this, at least not until your 16, 17 years old, and even then thats young.
If your serious though the three major things you wanna think about are aerobic exercise, light conditioning work, and a change in diet (mainly no chocolate or cheese). If you've got a sports or PE teacher go and talk to them about it, but honestly you really shouldnt be so worried. I can promise that as you get older your figure will fill out more and more and you'll start wondering why you were ever worried about it all in the first place.
