Is it true that while exercising your heart must beat heavily?!

Question: Is it true that while exercising your heart must beat heavily?
in order to do aerobic exercises properly? When i do exercises my heart doesnt beat that heavily...am i doing it wrong?

Answers:

Typically when you're doing aerobic exercises, your heart rate is supposed to be in a certain range.
So if you think you're heart isn't beating heavily while you're doing aerobic exercises, you should exercise harder.

Oh, to answer your question, yes you're doing it "wrong".

Hello,
Try to include more resistance traning in your workouts. Why? Reason is simple, muscle is a great fat burner even at your resting metabolic rate means that you will burn more calories . Cardio only burns while you do it and once you stop runing its not really doing much for you until the next day .So if you are looking to burn fat and want to make it easier to keep it off you must include resistance. Calorie intake is important but the basic rule is burn more calories than you eat to lose fat. So since 3500 calories equals to one pound of fat if you cut 500 calories daily from you daily intake or burn 500 calories more than you eat in a day. You can lose 1 pound a week. Hope this helped.

Part of what you're supposed to be doing for aerobic exercise is raising your heart rate. If you aren't doing so, you may try going a little faster. If you're just trying to get in slightly better shape, however, you don't necessarily need to get your heart pounding. Any physical activity will help to at least some degree.

If your heart rate is not elevating, then you're either in outstanding shape already, or you're not exercising properly. I trust you can look in a mirror and figure out which applies to you.

If the latter, then keep doing what you're doing, but push yourself harder while doing it. No pain, no gain, right? :D

When you do exercise, your heart beats faster. The more difficult the exercise is the faster it will beat. So, you are probably doing it right, but you could probably stretch yourself further. The heart needs to get oxygen to your muscles, that is why you breath faster too :B

no it not meant to beat at all if it dose beat stab it with a fork
