If I barely eat for about a month and exercise?!

Question: If I barely eat for about a month and exercise?
If I don't eat anything in the day except maybe a thing here and there to stop my stomach from growling and then I'll eat supper so my family doesn't suspect anything will I lose weight fast? I will also e exercising with this(toning and running in my track practices).

I need to get a super skinny body by march 25. I'm really fat right now... I'm a pig. I'm 130lbs and only 5'6" :(

Will my plan work?

Answers:

I'm a 130lbs and 5'6 and I'm not fat. I get complimented all the time. You are not fat. You definitely don't have that much weight you can lose. At 5'6, you can maybe lose 10 lbs at most and stay a healthy weight. And to be frank, if you try to lose weight at this point, you will start losing things like your breasts which would be a total bummer.

As far as stopping eating, at best you will lose some weight this month but screw up your metabolism and gain it all back plus some when you start eating normally again. At worst, you will end up anorexic which can lead to death. I have a friend who, while not a full blown anorexic, definitely has been struggling with an eating disorder for the past two years. Its been terrible for her. Please don't stop eating.

Instead, to feel better about your body, why don't you focus solely on working out? Try upping your work out and eating a healthy diet.

And give yourself positive reinforcement. You are not a pig. You are very thin and lots of girls would love to be 130 at 5'6.

No. First off that's severly unhealthy, secondly if you do that, your metabolism will slow down to the point where it will make it much harder for your body to burn off what you do eat. You can get thinner by drinking a lot of water and eating small healthy snacks throughout the day like fruits and veggies along with healthy no fat meals, since your snacking through the day your metabolism will speed up and you shouldn't feel the need to splurge on dinner or anything(where most people go wrong). Try the special k diet, it allows you to eat one meal(supper in your case) of your choosing as long as it's healthy and fruit and veggie snacks through the day as well as gives you portable, yummy options. My friend lost like 8 pounds in two weeks following it strictly.

You are actually at a good weight for your height. If you lose much more weight you will be underweight. Oh and no your plan won't work. It will just make you anemic and land you in the hospital. This is exactly anorexics are always going to the hospital.

edit
I just wanted to clear up that you can eat whole wheat pasta. You are suppose to consume oils and NOT butter. Butter is terrible for you. Also fake butter is made from oils btw. The reason being is oils are not solid at room temperature so they don't clog your arteries like butter does. Also the high fructose corn syrup thing is a myth. Sugar is sugar and your body can't tell the difference. The problems with it is that most foods that have sugars and high fructose corn syrup have large amounts of it.

okay first of all, i can guarentee your not fat. I'm 5'6'' and I weigh 125 lbs, and I always get complimented on how skinny I look. 5 lbs is not a huge difference. And it probably wont work, because when you dont eat, your body uses spare fat instead. To lose weight appropriatly you have to eat healthy, blanced meals. Pay attention to your calories. First, find out how many calories you normaly eat in a day, then find out how much your supposed to be eating, and until March 28th you should eat at least 300 calories less, but YOU HAVE TO EAT! 3500 calories equals a lb. So by excersing and buring 500 calories per day, in a week you will have burned one lb. So with healthy eating and excersing, you should lose weight appropriatly. If you just starve yourself, you will lose weight unhealthfuly, but the results wont last.

NO NO NO NO!
if you starve yourself your body will go into starvation mode and you will gain! trust me!

Actually, you don't need to diet in fact to lose weight, I discovered this at the web portal in the box below, they have loads of instruction, I melted away 10 pounds by doing as they advised. Have a great day!

It isnt really nearly as important how much you eat..as WHAT you are eating.

10 lbs should be your average weight loss each month if you stay within these 3 guidelines.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals)

You're not even fat dude.

First of all. Don't let your want to lose weight lead to something dangerous like bulimia or anorexia. Depending on your body build you might not even be overweight. Check by going to a doctor and asking for your lean body mass(LBM). LBM is basically your real weight minus how much of that weight is fat.

You will lose weight but not the kind of weight you want to lose.
If you deprive your body of nutrients it'll go into a survival mode almost. In other words, you'll lose weight as muscle not weight from fat. There isn't any healthy way for you lose more than 5-10 pounds at most in a month and a half. Even that will take strict discipline. I would recommend eating more proteins and carbohydrates to keep your energy up when you exercise. Make sure to eat a small but healthy snack 20 minutes before exercising and eat something high in carbs and protein immediately after exercising. Try to replace your snacks with fruit as well. Also, implement these new habits slowly over time or your body will go through withdrawal and you'll end up eating something you weren't supposed to and you'll feel guilty and demoralized about it afterwards.
