What supplements should i take? (gym)?!

Question: What supplements should i take? (gym)?
I'm 16 i'm 172 cm and about 65kg i've been lifting about 6 months making good gains, i take ON 100% whey after workouts and jack3d before, any other supplements to replace these or use? (supplements that won't stunt growth) thanks

Answers:

Yes, a little common sense. You are already taking whey protein, and an NOX / creatine pre-workout. You have in the next several years an energy and testosterone level guys my age would give their left nut for. ( Although that would defeat the whole purpose ). A quality low sugar protein supplement, with BCAAs, good workout regimen with plenty of rest, and a decent diet should be enough to build dense muscle. Focus on multiple joint strength exercises and core stability and flexibility to avoid injury, especially if you are into sports. Be aware your gains will plateau, that is natural and cool. It is difficult if not impossible at a young age to pack on lots of mass without injury anyways if that is your goal. It is possible to prematurely harden the plates on your bones that attach connective tissue before they have reached their ultimate size.
I'm lucky I've worked construction and the oilfield for thirty years, a little gym time and Muay Thai go a long ways. It's your body, spend some time reading to understand what it is you are taking, be smart and super critical, and don't take anybody's opinion for fact without your own research, especially from places like Yahoo, most of these jack***es couldn't explain to you the first thing about any of the supplements they push. Not every one can have work that physically challenges them, but you are on the right track for a carcass that will serve you for life, I wish more kids were like you.

take whey protein. that will not stunt your growth in any way. it will just give you the necessary nutrition to speed up your muscle growth.

You should also try taking vitamins. Look on the internet to find the right ones
