How to increase Bench press?!


Question: How to increase Bench press?
I'm 15 i max out at 160 and can rep 135 7 times my routine looks like this
130x8 2 sets flat bench press.
115x5 2 sets close grip bench press
105x5 2 sets incline bench press
and then i do tricep pushdowns and dips 2 sets of 10.
I'm 5'6 128lbs

If you want to increase your bench you can do two things.

1. Stop over-training
2. Wait for your body to produce more testosterone.
