Is this diet pill dangerous?!

Question: Is this diet pill dangerous?
I'm 14 and I'm 5'4 and about 110 Ibs. I have these One A Day: Women's Active Metabolism pills and I was wondering if it would be dangerous for me to take them to slim up a bit? I have taken them before, and I have thrown up shortly afterwords... Is this my body's way of telling me that my metabolism is already high and that I don't need to take the pill? Should I take it in the morning with breakfast? Help me out here, thanks.

Answers:

you should just work out! that's what im doing! im 14 as well and im gunna do track this year so i could slim up a bit too. :) well best wishes for ya! :D

No they shouldn't harm you , the things that would be dangerous is like the things that advertise on tv, like zantrex and stuff, what you have is a supplement pill, that it helps you burn more calories each month by doing nothing, but you should eat it with a meal, and make sure you drink plenty of water, diet pills can dehydrate you if you don't drink enough.

sweetie, you weigh 110. you do not need to slim up at all.
