Question: How can i lose 15 pounds by may 1st? please help:/?
i am absolutely desperate to lose weight. in january i lost 5 pounds after soo much work and effort, but then i went to spain with my school for a week and gained 5 pounds back:( so now i need to start all over to reach my goal.
i have prom in the beginning of may and i need to lose 15 pounds by then, i am so sick of how i look. but i need advice on how to eat less, avoid cravings, and how to exercise enough with out having to go to a gym (i really cannot afford it) - especially b/c there's still snow outside so i can't exercise outside yet really.

any advice would be really really appreciated, thank you in advance

what you could do is put a picture of your prom dress on your fridge and snack cubard then every time you go to eat you can remember your goal

when you do feel hungary sometimes it means tat your thirsty so have a drink of water and see what that does

try eating like the health food guide says to it can control how much you eat in a day

also if are sitting on the couch and watching tv remember you could be moving around getting excersize (marching on the spot)

15lbs in 2 months? You could lose twice that much. It's pretty easy to lose 15lbs. You could just eat healthier foods and since you can't go outside you can jog in place in your house for 15-20 minutes a day. Also, watch your calories. Do not eat more than 2000 a day. And even that is a bit much. Try for about 1500-1800 a day. Just stay committed and you'll drop those 15lbs like it's nothing.



Hmmm. View it as 5 pounds each every month. Exercise hard! Eat very healthy! Maybe consider a vegetarian diet?
