Question: Does regular walking give you exercise?(might give some points)?
people say that you can,but im just talking about regular low speed walking???

Answers:

Well yes you get exercise just moving your muscles, is it enough to tone you or get you in shape? I don't personally think so but others do. I used to walk to school, 30 minute walk, my mom says I should start doing it again to get in shape (Lol). I dunno I drive to school, it's faster, easier, more fun, etc. Jogging is much much better exercise though higher impact you will see better results.



walking is excellent fat burning exercise



Yes, your body is meant to walk 2-3 miles a day.
