Question: Best way to make my arms skinny? pictures of how my arms are now included:/?
so for prom i want to be able to wear a dress and not have huge flabby arms. attached is a link of how i looked at homecoming. i deleted almost every picture of me after cuz of how my arms look.
pleaseeeeeeee tell me, how do i fix these arms! i really need help and any advice is needed, and please don't be mean about the picture- i know how bad it is already.

You can't burn fat in ONE place. If you want to get rid of those bingo wings, you have to lose fat everywhere :)

I wished I had naturally big arms like yours! I'm a guy with skinny arms. Damn you, fate!
There's no way to spot reduce. You have to lower your fat percentage by doing cardio. Go for a jog.
