You definitely need to raise your calorie intake if you're burning 900 calories from exercise. That's not healthy for your body to have that much of a deficit. If you actually want to sustain that weight loss or even reach it you should raise your calories and allow yourself to eat everyday instead of having to just binge on the weekends

You can have one cheat day coose 1 food that u are crazy about. choose Sat to cheat
you should do 1-2 hour workout 1hour cardio 15 min abbs 30 min toning
your cal intake should be 1200

no sugar, carbs pop, alcohol, white flower, candy, chocolate, fast foods, fried foods, juice high in sugar,no salt.
Stick to brown rice, whole wheat bread, vegetables, fruits, salads, grilled chicken, green tea lots of water

exercise every day 6 daysa week
1 cheat day
Follow this and u will acieve your goal in 4 months

Well, that is quite stupid yes. It is like telling an alcoholic not to drink because it's VERY bad. Then you give the alcoholic 2 days where he can drink as much as he wants. You want to focus on a better lifestyle. So you should do it for 4 months straight, especially when you want to loose that amount of weight.
