how can I lose 25 lbs. by the summer?!


Question: How can I lose 25 lbs. by the summer?
I already lost 5.5 lbs with in the month (just by working out at home and eating better)..but I really want to lose more! (I'm pretty curvy) the fat is mostly around my tummy area.
what workout routine could I do to get it toned (and my whole body toned) and the fat on my stomach awayy?

if you really want to lose weight, lower the amount you eat, cut out unneeded sugars and saturated fats for a month. Also during the month, try to go to the gym every day or every other day, you have to burn at least 400 calories, preferably more each time. Eat healthy, DO NOT skip breakfast and get to bed early, if you do this hard for a month then slowly slow it down a bit ( don't totally stop though ) and the weight will shed off of you quick. And another tip try not to eat past 8pm because then the carbs will store themselves and you don't have the time to burn them, hope I helped :)

You won't be able to lose 25lbs with exercise alone. You MUST examine what you eat and make changes if necessary. And it's probably easier to do that exercise yourself silly.

Even if you don't make changes, spreading your current food intake out throughout the day, from breakfast to after dinner, will make a big difference in your metabolism. Basically, eat every 2-3 hours, and eat breakfast within one hour of waking up.

Skipping meals slows down your metabolism and causes you to hold on to fat. Really.

And drink tons of water, at least 64oz per day.

I know so many people who have lost tons of weight on a diet called Lite for Life. No, this is not advertising here. I'm losing weight by eating very small portions, 6 meals a day with only 30 minutes of walking everyday.

Make sure to stay away from the processed foods, eat A LOT of veggies, and drink water. That's the main thing thats helping me shed the pounds. It's as easy as that. Don't go overboard on the fruits. Only the vegtables. Also, don't have too much meat.



its great that you've lost 5 lbs already. keep at it! you just have to get motivated and eat healthy. i highly recommend a greek yogurt by the name of Chobani. it helps SO much.. full of vitamins and a lot healthier than normal yogurt. i put granola in mine, it tastes great too. i recently tried out a little diet for about 5 days. it consisted of watching my proportions, eating the yogurt, salads, and some chicken. i lost 2-3 pounds in 5 days!
