How to go on a diet and stay on it.?!


Question: How to go on a diet and stay on it.?
I've done diets all the time nothing knew. For the first two weeks i'll do really well and lose at least 5 pounds those two weeks each. I'll eat a bunch of fruit and good meals and all that. How can i stay on this diet, i just never get to even a month of dieting, and when i do so well i'm confused on why i cant stay on it. How can i make sure i stay on the diet? Or what ways is there to keep a diet going.

When most people go on a diet, they loose lots of weight but then when they are back off it they gain it all back. The easiest way is to change your eating habits. Eat more fruits and veggies and get the proper nutrients your body needs for function. Drink lots of water. Exercising will help too. If you stay away from the sweet treats your most likely to not eat them, even though they are okay every once in a while.

Try to include more resistance traning in your workouts. Why? Reason is simple, muscle is a great fat burner even at your resting metabolic rate means that you will burn more calories . Cardio only burns while you do it and once you stop runing its not really doing much for you until the next day .So if you are looking to burn fat and want to make it easier to keep it off you must include resistance. Calorie intake is important but the basic rule is burn more calories than you eat to lose fat. So since 3500 calories equals to one pound of fat if you cut 500 calories daily from you daily intake or burn 500 calories more than you eat in a day. You can lose 1 pound a week. Hope this helped.
