Do you think I lost weight today?!


Question: Do you think I lost weight today?
I don't like the typical diets. I prefer not to eat just a small thing that I really like for the whole day (like a small chocolate) instead of eating vegetables all day long. I know it's not that healthy but I don't need to lose very much weight so I won't be doing this for a long time.

So today I ate a banana, some salty crackers and 1/2 tangerine. I went 2 hours to the gym at some cycling classes which were really really exhausting (regulary, people go 1 hour only).
Is that good? or did I spoil everything with the crackers?

Answers:

it depends how many crackers you ate, but you probably did lose weight.



If that is all you eat for the day then you will lose weight, but the scale won't necessarily reflect that today or tomorrow.

I'm not going go on about the health concerns of this diet...I think we all know.

Be smart, be safe, don't lose your mind if you don't see an immediate scale drop. Remain realistic and positive.

That's a terrible diet. You did horrible today. Bananas are high in sugar by the way



of course not, you did well...
but after exercise try to eat proteins and drink a lot of water!
