Is plain pizza really all that unhealthy?!

Question: Is plain pizza really all that unhealthy?
I mean, you do have white bread, but really is white flour products THAT MUCH worse than whole wheat? Marinara sauce, nothing bad about that, and mozzerella cheese... yes, fat but everyone needs some fat in their diet. I don't know why everyone makes a big deal that pizza is so bad for you, it really isn't all that bad...

Answers:

It depends where the pizza is coming from. If you make it, then it'd be healthier than from a pizzeria. They add other ingredients to make it taste better, and don't really care how many calories are in it. It can be very fattening.

The worst types of food are takeaways including Doner kebabs, pizzas, burgers, KFC, anything from McDonald's. Personally I never touch any of them on my doctor's and dietician's advice. Also watch out for fizzy drinks like Coca Cola. That and too much KFC made my friend diabetic. As far as fat is concerned it's the right type you need. You should never eat more than a piece of cheese the size of a matchbox in a day and there's more than that on a pizza.
