Question: What do I need to do for my weight loss?
I am 200 pounds, 56 pounds is fat. The rest is muscle. I want to lose 45 pounds of the fat and keep all the muscle. Which means I'll have to lose weight, but I want it to be fat weight. Basically, looking at about 150 pounds of pure muscle, rock hard muscle. More cardio?

Hi- I was kind of in the same position. I weighed 249 lbs and I did have a lot of muscle from marching band and softball. I did 45 minutes of cardio 5 times a week and strength trained (not heavy weights or it will bulk you up more) 3-4 times a week. I am now 167 lbs, and I am much stronger but Im still thick (not necessarily in a bad way) because of my muscle, just more lean now. Also-eat LEAN meat (no red meat it will bulk you up even more) and follow a healthy eating plan that will only allow you a certain amount of calories. Based on your weight you should only consume about 1,300 calories a day and drink 8 glasses of water a day.
