My friend is trying to tell me that some people just can't get big?!

Question: My friend is trying to tell me that some people just can't get big?
Is this true. He says this because I am really skinny. We both workout and he has about 45 pounds on me but I am stronger in almost every lift we do. So is it true that some people just can't get very big? I don't think it is true but he won't believe me until we see what you all say.

Answers:

anyone can get big. i use to be tiny. my friend and i would lift back in 7th grade and he stopped but i continued. now 5 years later he still looks the same size, yet i am one of the most muscular kids in school. i think i have about 25lbs on him now. stick with it and remember you can be anything you want to be, just gotta set your mind to it. we all gotta start somewhere...

if you are trying to put weight on, not necessarily muscle, bulk like crazy, eat tons of carbs and proteins and lift heavy, reps of a max of 6. for mass and for definition, reps of 10-12.

make sure you get getting around 1g of protein per body weight or more. whey protein is an excellent source of protein, fast to digest to get directly to ur muscles after you lift. i recommend optimum nutrition natural whey, i think chocolate is the best. the natural doesnt have all that fake sugar in it, the natural has stevia i believe. casein is also great to take at night since it is a slow digesting protein and it helps to feed your muscles over night. those are the only two supps i take, i will never take any supp that has fake sugar in it. if you have any questions, feel free to message me.

knowledge and experience.

Well the bigger your muscles get the bigger you will get. It also depends on diet and metabolism
