Question: HOW to lose 90 pounds in 4months & muscle up by summer?!?!?!?!?!!!!!?
im 14 and 215 pounds (grossness). i like dancing so im pretty flexible and i plan on going to a cheerleading camp this summer. my only problem is my FAT!!!! i dont wanna be the only big girl there so i wanna drop the weight, but i also know cheerleaders have to be strong so i wanna tone up too. im on my schools softball team and play my wii alllll the time but its not really doing much for me. any diet and fitness plans or advice??? i would REALLY appreciate it!

What you need to do is cut down to about 1200 calories a day. Drink plenty of water (between 5-8 classes) and stay away from SALT!!

There is no way in Hell your gonna lose 90lbs in only 4 Months. It's too much too fast...



losing 90lbs in 4 months, AKA 120 days, is both illogical and unsafe. In order to pull of such a feat, you would need to lose .75lbs (90 days/120 days) every day. Assuming you eat the minimum 1200 calories every day, it would take you about 4.5 days to lose a single pound since there are 3500 calories in a pound of fat and you have a daily deficit of 800 calories. You might want to set up a longer time frame.

That's right, I used logic.
