Question: What are good exercises to do to strengthen my legs?
I cant afford a gym membership so wondering if there are exercises i can do to strengthen my leg muscles since they are getting skinny, especially the back of my thighs. Thanks to all answerers

Jog, walk, run, stairs are always good. With stairs, climb in alternates for different muscles, so go up one step, then do 2 at once, then three, then 2 etc....bicycling is also good as that is a different group again. All free stuff. I found bike was good for back of thighs. (for me any way)
