Question: I want to lose weight and tone up? exercise advice please?
Ok so I'm 5"2 and weigh 49kg which is normal and I'm happy with my weight, but I still have a little bit of extra fat on my tummy and arms, and heavy boobage which unfortunately I don't like. My diet is perfectly fine, so I don't need help with that, but I'd really like to lose weight on my tummy, arms and breasts and TONE my bum, because it's quite small and flat. If I began fast-walking everyday for around 20minutes, would I reach the desired look by summer?

hey, im a personal trainer and with your situation you just have to exercise, full body exercise cause the only way to lose belly fat is to decrease your whole body fat percentage, and same with your chest ,boobs and arms, those are tuff areas for women and if you are not really over Weight and your diet is good and your are not over eating, then i would say to quickly lose weight in those areas is to incorporate cardio and weight resistance into your work outs, your cardio can range anywhere from aerobic workouts to jogging or running for a good 30 to 40 mins a day or at least 5 days a week and your weight resistance can include some 5 to 10 pound dumbells and do squats lunges, bicep curls shoulder press, get you an ab ball so you can do bench presses and ab crunches with 5 pound dumbells, exercises like these along with crunches, situps, and your cardio workout will definitely maximize your weight loss in your trouble areas, stay active and continue eating right and be dedicated and you will accomplish any thing.

The best a drug-free trainee can acheive is to lose overall body fat levels (body fat %) to a level low enough where you achieve your goal (tummy, arms , breasts and what have you). Hey There, From experience I would jog twice a day for 20 minutes sometimes a combination of running and jogging. I started out as 5'4 55kg but in three weeks i was the same weight but my butt legs and stomache were Much more toned and a lot sexier. If you did this for longer than three weeks you would def tone up & lose weight. I think what happened was my fat turned into lean muscle.

I did P90X awhile ago and I swear by it now. It is good hard work, but worth it.
