How do i stop my craving for unhealthy snacks?!


Question: How do i stop my craving for unhealthy snacks?
ive got an eating disorder but am sorting myself out with the help of some profesionals and one thing they say is to avoid situations where the negative body image thoughts come into your head. my negative body image thoughts come when i eat out of routine. for example i now eat breakfast lunch and dinner and am fine about it because its in those set times but if i ever snack i feel fat and ugly and just horrible. what way can i stop the cravings for unhealthy snacks? and what snacks are filling but healthy so these thoughts dont come into my head? thank you.
p.s; once im more advanced in the program i can start incoparating snacks into my day but for now this is my task.

it's like any other drug you just have to stay away from ti for long enough untill your body gets over the cravings they wont last forever as long as you stick to your guns , if you keep sneaking snacks and such your body will remain dependant on the sugars and other crap in the treats so really just stay away for a few month , totally away, and on day you'll just forget that you craved that stuff and life goes on

1. Increase your protien intake with meats, beans, eggs, whatever.

2. Just get rid of any of the things tempting you

3.Instead of eating sweets, eat fruits and juice



You don't stop cravings, you simply utilize self-control and don't eat them just because you want them.
