Question: Is what I had for breakfast today too little in terms of calories?
I had 2 scrambled eggs(made with 1% milk added);two slices of whole grain toast with butter; and a large apple.
I was full so thats all I ate....in terms of calories was that enough????

Probably but it really depends on if you are wanting to maintain your weight, gain weight, or lose weight.
