Question: How can I lose 10 lbs in 1-2 months? 10 pts for best answer!?
I want to lose some fat on my arms, belly, and thighs. How can I TONE and what should I EAT/NOT EAT or DO to lose 10lbs in one to two months time?

I want to lose this weight easily. No strict diets or exercise regimes, please (not overly strict). I'm not overweight, but I'd like to lose 10lbs for March Break and high school prom to be a bit skinnier.

What are some easy ways to lose the 10lbs and KEEP IT OFF? Thanks in advance!

I know just how hard It is to lose 10 lbs when you are not over weight. Its way harder especially when you need to tone up. Nothing you do is gonna be easy. If your goal is to lose 10 lbs in 1-2 months you can do it easily. That is a really reachable goal but you will need some kind of cardio & strength training but not much. Well you'll lose 10 lbs in one to two WEEKS with simple exercise and dieting alone depending on how overweight you are... However, this is just water weight. You'll start really burning and losing fat after that but the results are far less per week. Eat a lot of raw vegetables as they are metabolism boosters, your body uses more calories converting these foods into energy. Also try to exercise at least 60-90 minutes throughout the day. The best formula I have found is mixing up your exercises after a few reps. Try 30 jumping jacks then 10-20 push ups (or add 10 for lady push ups) then 30 or 40 sit ups or crunches and repeat. This will keep you from getting bored and it helps to listen to the radio or watch T.V. while you exercise to further entertain yourself while working out! Good Luck!
