Question: WHAT EXERSIZES CAN I DO?
hey! so, i not only want to lose weight. But, i feel like i need to in order to be happier. i am 5 foot 4 and am 13. i weight 138.8 lbs.aND I AM a girl:) I comfortably fit a size 4 at American Eagle??? Just to give you some extra clues?? i don't look fat from the side. But, like my stomach is..? lls. idk. i used to weigh 124 at the beginning of the summer(2010). So ive gained 14 pounds. which just makes me wanna die! :P My real question is :
what excersizes can i do inside, (in my room) that will DRAMATICLY help me to lose weight? Like, even your craziest ideas will be appreciated :) im trying to lose weight before the weigh in in gym. Cuz my last weigh in was 131 lbs. And there gunna weigh us again, and i dont wanna be that girl that gained weight : ( PLEASE HELP ME. IM only going to eat dinner from now on. AND dinner will be just salad. PS: I DONT HAVE A TREADMILL.

DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!!!!!
You need three meals a day even just small ones or your body will get used to that small portion and onc you start eating regular again your body will gain weight like crazy.
Do 100 sit ups a night. It will help to tone your stomach and run around your neighborhood for like a mile or so each day. Stay away from soda and junk food. Eat plently of protein.
That's all you have to do. It's easy



Walk for 45 minutes a day. The reason we're suggesting 45 minutes instead of the typical 30 is that a Duke University study found that while 30 minutes of daily walking is enough to prevent weight gain in most relatively sedentary people, exercise beyond 30 minutes results in weight and fat loss. Burning an additional 300 calories a day with three miles of brisk walking (45 minutes should do it) could help you lose 30 pounds in a year without even changing how much you're eating.



eat 3 healthy balanced meals a day plus snacks. Drink lots of water and avoid sugary drinks such as juices and pop. for snacks eat fruits and veggies not salty sugary treats. Do not deprive yourself from these but make them "once and a while treats"
by just eating dinner you are more likely to only gain weight not lose it.



crunches and running. Also you may need to alter diet, stay away for sodas and sports drinks.. just drink water. Stay away from sweets. once you do that the pounds will burn off

Jumping Jacks
Jog in place
Touch your Toes
Lift Weights

You may wanna eat right like pay attention to what you eat.
Eat an apple for snack.
Play outside

pick any cardio u like i ove pilates
raw food det fruits and vegetables and salad and lots of water



First off, don't eat only dinner! Especially if its just a salad. I only say this because of this: When you don't eat a lot for a period of time, your body will start to storee the fods YOU do eat as fat. It does this because it thinks you are going to starve yourself. Just be aware of this.
Just try to eat healthier.

Yoga, Boxing, Squats, Sit-ups, Jumping Jacks, Running(Outside or in place), Push-ups, Lunges, Knee Lifts.

Listening to music is good to do when you work out! Before you do a major cardio workout, make sure you stretch
