Why is it important to warm up before playing sports or exercise?!


Question: Why is it important to warm up before playing sports or exercise?
Answers:

Because it makes you less likely to pull/ strain a muscle. For example: before a soccer game,I obviously don't just go play! If I did, it would be stupid, and unsafe! Hope I helped!(:
