Is it okay if I eat 1100 calories a day?!

Question: Is it okay if I eat 1100 calories a day?
I'm 5"3' and 123 pounds, cardio at least 1-3 times a week. That's all I've eaten for today, I'm trying to get over a plateau.

Woah. Jiggly's a little off, there...

That should be fine, except for the days that you're working out, you really should at least be getting 1200-1300. Technically, the minimum intake for women is 1200 calories, and you're just below that right now. Because it's only 100 calories below, it shouldn't be a problem, but 1200 is really the bare minimum of what your body needs to function.

Just make sure you don't get any lower, and you should be fine! As long as you're not keeping this up forever, it won't really do any harm.

Good luck!! :)

i think that's fine, and with cardio that's good. just eat fruits and veggies, no whites, whole grain, multi grain, and whole wheat, for bread, pasta, and potato's. and three meals a day, three snacks a day. if its big enough or enough calories to be a meal, it is not a snack, i heard snacks should be no higher then 200 calories.

and limit junk food, pop, sweets, unhealthy things, have them once in a while. you need a treat every now and then.

Adult women need at least 2000 calories a day.
Adult men need at least 2700 calories a day.

as long as you don't feel yourself getting weaker, it should be fine.

by the way could you help me out by publicizing my video?
