Hi, I am a 15 year old girl. 5'0 and 156 lbs.
I want to loose weight. Im so sick of myself, i have the lowest self esteem :( I hate looking at myself, and Im getting serious health problems.
But im scared of what my body will look like after I loose the weight. I have 32 DD breast and im afraid they'll sag or that I'll have loose skin.
Any advice? What can i do to prevent this loose skin?
What can i do to loose weight without affecting my skin?
Or if it does sag how can i repair it?
Im so scared that itll be loose and that ill have even lower self esteem :(

Hey,

I'm sorry you feel so down about yourself - you're honestly not seriously overweight and you really can't be 'fat' or a 32 band size would not fit! You're petite but curvy - that's a lot of guys and girls idea of perfection! :) So do try not to stress too much.

Now - your question. First you need to understand that large natural breasts will always tend to drop a bit - that doesn't mean they're saggy, it's just their perfectly normal and correct shape. They're not supposed to be the same shape as little Bs, only bigger, so don't judge them that way. When you lose weight, it is very unlikely they will sag because your skin will still be usefully elastic, so don't worry too much about it. To minimise any risk do the following - 1) don't lose the weight too quickly, so your skin has a chance to react, 2) eat healthily and stay hydrated - this will keep your skin healthy, 3) don't wear a bra more than you really need to - the movement and weight of the breasts keeps the supporting ligaments strong, so reduces the risk of sagging.

To lose the weight just eat and drink healthily (don't do any stupid diets - just be sensible), and do cardio exercise - easily the best option is running. If you can run three times a week and eat and drink healthily, you will soon start to lose weight and tone up, while keeping healthy. Very best of luck! :)

The breasts will not sag at your age, especially if you exercise the pectoral muscles. Try vigorous walking with 5 or 8 pound dumbbells swinging the arms up vigorously. So please check out my "fitness" website every few days as I am turning it into a blog and trying to help people. How you got this way might be regular use of soda, or ritualistic use of other carbohydrates, like even bread and jam for breakfast or something. Stop that if that is it.
