Will i gain weight if i eat a lot of fruits and vegetables every day?!

Question: Will i gain weight if i eat a lot of fruits and vegetables every day?
i get hungry all the time so it is very difficult for me to lose weight ( i have 60 pounds to lose). If i eat a lot of fruit and vegetables will i gain weight?

Fruits like mangoes, apples.

p.s. i am also doing low intensity workouts for 25 minutes a day.

Vegetables: green beans, celery.

thanks

Answers:

A lot of fruits and vegetables are actually negative calorie foods and burn more calories than they contain.

Web search for"negative calorie foods"

NO! You will not gain weight, because you are eating low calorie foods, and if that is all your eating then you really wont gain but you are hendering your potiental to lose massive amounts of weight because your eliminating key foods good carbs and PROTIEN! Also FYI: dont over do it on the fruit because of the sugar, fruit should really be once a day preferbally in the morning or early day. a balance diet will help you shed more pounds because youll have more energy and build more muscle and you need muscle to lose weight and the protien restores the muscle after working out so get some fish and chicken in there with those veggies, and try eating the fruit with some egg whites and wheat toast or in a protien shake or mixed with almonds for a fruit salad :) eating like a bird wont make you as light as a bird itll make you weak!!! fuel is key...good luck!

Hey Red Hot -
You can definitely eat too much fruit and that just kills me.
It just has too much sugar in large quantities.
Try to max at 2 apples, an orange, maybe two. Only one banana.
A few ounces of berries on a high fiber breakfast cereal is great.
Dried mango, apricots, and plums for sweet tooth. Not too many.
Grapes are okay. Not too many. Raisins are horrible. Way too much sugar.
Pears are really good. Watermelon is the best! but has lots of sugar.

Better to eat lots of raw and cooked vegetables.
A great idea is to cut up carrots, celery, radishes, turnips, any color bell pepper, green beans, and peas. Try other stuff.
Keep them in a large container of cold water in the fridge. Nice to grab a handful to crunch on.
Helps with the munchies.
Cooked cabbage, broccoli, asparagus, are awesome. Baked squash. 15 bean soup. All do the trick.
Stay away from potatoes for awhile but a sweet potato-yam is a great vitamin A source.
Eating all this will really get your digestive system moving and that will help with weight loss as well.
You will be gassy at first but it will pass if you eat lots of this stuff every day.
Luck.

The smart choice would actually be to eat fruit and vegetables when you get hungry! These types of foods will not put extra pounds on you, and can actually help you to lose weight and be motivated to exercise more. So the answer is no!

fruits have sugars, which if not used by the body may turn into fat. so i would suggest eat more veggies or work out for longer periods.

oh and would you mind checking out my video?

dont be afraid of eating a lot of those. theyre good for you. but of course, dont over do it either. some fruits are high in sugar. although, theyre the good natural kind of sugar, you still wouldnt wanna intake too much :)

I think it can go both ways just go to the ymca and work out or something and if u Wat to loss 60 then set up times to work out everyday but you have to do it everyday

That's good, but you have to get some protein in there ( regularly) or your muscle will starve muscle=calorie burners, you don't want them getting smaller.

eating those things are good for your health. some of these contain sugar which may help to increase your weight. so do exercise regularly.

Um...Not really....Unless you cook it unwisely(I mean deep fried, with salt or any fatty and oily condiments)

its not about the food (though eating all bad food is not good) its about eating the right amount

that being said, generally no fruits and veggies are good for you
