Vitamins A, B and C are the most popular among health care and vitamin products. Vitamin A assists with vision and the makeup of the eye. The vitamin B series assists with cellular processing. Vitamin C aids in the creation of collagen, connective tissue in the body, and is also known for helping the body's immune system.

A lot of your essential vitamins and minerals are not consumed, or they are but not enough of them, with just your regular diet. That is why taking a multivitamin daily helps you're overall physical health.. Also when trying to lose weight, gain weight, and build muscle, you need to have the proper levels of these vitamins and minerals to get what you want faster.

I personally take one multivitamin a day to keep my levels at their optimums. Everyone should take one vitamin a day, because everyone needs one, there is no diet that will give you the proper amount of vitamin and minerals, so you will always be lacking in at least 1-5 of the essentials and taking the multivitamin will make up for the areas you are lacking in..
