I know losing weight seems like a process but trust me its easier then you think and once you start getting into it and stop siking yourself out youll progress and itll be second nature to you so heres how: Step 1: you must set a Goal, this is just to start get you motivatied and begin your journey set a goal using a certain amount of pounds to be lost or a certain dress/pants size to reach by a certain date and strive for that goal, write down your start weight then your goal weight.
Step 2: make a list of foods that can and should be eaten like: breakfast- low cal fiber cereal or egg whites turkey bacon and wheat toast or egg whites and fruit even oatmeal, all good hardy options
lunch; salad or fruit salad, turkey sandwhich, dinner: protien and veggies:no sugar (never eat sugar at night turns to fat) no carbs just protien and veggies will really help you lose weight!
